Day of Gratitude Ambassador Toolkit
Help Us Share the Gratitude
Day of Gratitude is a celebration of the healing journeys that happen every day at UPMC in Central Pa.
From September 21 through September 25, we invite patients, families, employees, volunteers, and community members to:
-
Share a story of gratitude through our Grateful Patient and Families Program
-
Make a gift to the Helping Hands Fund on September 25
-
Help spread messages of hope, healing, and appreciation throughout our communities
Together, we can ensure caregivers know the lasting impact they have on patients and families while helping provide critical support for our most vulnerable patients.
Below, you’ll find sample social media posts and email language to assist you in helping us spread the word about Day of Gratitude. Feel free to share these posts as they are, or to edit them with your own stories – you’ll even see a space to do so in Post #2.
Thank you for being a UPMC Pinnacle Foundation ambassador and for helping us make Day of Gratitude a success!
Ambassador Tips
-
Personal posts perform best. Consider adding a photo and sharing why UPMC Central Pa. is important to you.
-
Tag the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation when possible.
-
Encourage others to comment with their own stories of gratitude.
-
Share content throughout the week, not just on September 25.
-
Remind your network that they can participate by sharing a story, making a gift, or both.
